Aims, contents and method of the course
The seminar focuses on fundamental as well as present topics of comparative constitutional law
Assessment and permitted materials
Personal presence is required throughout the whole seminar. Student performance includes a written seminar paper, an oral presentation and participation in the debates during the seminar
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Examination topics
The seminar is based on research-oriented teaching. Scientific questions are formulated, analysed and discussed; the focus of the Seminar lies on student presentations and the subsequent debates. Moreover, international experts in the field will give presentation to current topics of compartative constitutional law
