Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Class participation and written analysis of domestic court decisions on issues of international law as homework.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
1. Class participation will be worth 20% of the final grade.
2. Written homework (analysis of domestic court decisions on issues of international law) will make up 80% of the final grade.

This course will be based on domestic court decisions that must be read before each class.
