Vorbereitung insbesondere auf den unternehmensrechtlichen Teil der FÜM II (Training der Falllösung nach Anspruchsgrundlagen) sowie auf die MP Unternehmensrecht.Inhalte:
Prüfungsrelevante Gebiete des Wirtschaftsprivatrechts (Unternehmensrecht iwS). Der Schwerpunkt liegt im Sommersemester auf dem Allgemeinen Unternehmensrecht (begleitend zur VO): Allgemeiner Teil/Publizitätsrecht, unternehmensbezogene Geschäfte (1.und 4. Buch UGB).
Methoden: Interaktive Diskussion und Lösung vorgegebener Fälle. Diese sind laufend auf http://wirtschaftsprivatrecht.univie.ac.at/ abrufbar.
