Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The course provides an introduction into two core topics under English law, contract and tort law, with a view to giving Continental European students an insight into the common law system. It is examined on the basis of a midterm and final exam.
Assessment and permitted materials
2 written exams (1 hour 30 mins each)
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Midterm exam = 40% of total grade
