Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Deepening basic knowledge in Public Law by solving specific cases; identify problems; acquire well-structured solutions.

Assessment and permitted materials

Two exams + active cooperation. It is permitted to use the law without comments.
- There will be two exams, one of them has to receive a positive grade; active cooperation
- Attendance; It is permitted to be absent for two times.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Basic knowledge in Public Law, particularly in Administrative Procedure Law.

Examination topics

The course will be based on discussing cases which have to be read and studied by the students in advance. The legal problems, which will be discussed in course by solving the cases will be subject to the exams.
