Aims, contents and method of the course

Description of the Common Foreign and Security Policy of the European Union according to the Treaty of Nizza with regard to the developments envisaged by the Draft Constitution.

Assessment and permitted materials

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Gaining of knowledge on procedure, decision findig, legal structure and legal basis of the CFSP.

Examination topics

Presentation and discussion of the legal basic and experience of the CFSP. A positive certificate requires a positive result in an exam.
