Aims, contents and method of the course

Ziele:

Erlangung theoretischer Kenntnisse des Urheberrechts und deren Anwendung auf konkrete Problemkonstellationen.

Inhalte:

Erarbeitung der Grundlagen des Österreichischen und Europäischen Urheberrechts und Behandlung spezifischer urheberrechtlicher Fragen, die sich im Zusammenhang mit Datennetzen, Internet, Sozialen Netzwerken und anderen elektronischen Medien stellen.

Methoden:

Aufbereitung der Inhalte sowohl in theoretischer Hinsicht als auch anhand von Fällen; Diskussion problemorientierter Fälle.

Hinweis:
All jene Studierende, die zwar angemeldet sind, dann die Klausur aber nicht mitschreiben, werden vom Kurs abgemeldet.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Erfolgreiche Teilnahme am schriftlichen Test ( > 50%) oder erfolgreiche Absolvierung einer mündlichen Ersatzprüfung bei Verhinderung zum Testtermin.
