Aims, contents and method of the course

Das Seminar behandelt ausgewählte Judikatur des EuGH im Bereich des Europäischen Arbeits- und Sozialrechts. Urteile des EuGH werden analysiert und diskutiert.
Die Studierenden halten Referate im Ausmaß von 20 Minuten zu je einem Urteil. Anschließend folgt eine Diskussion.

Assessment and permitted materials

Verfassen eines Exposés im Anschluss an die Vorbesprechung. Referat zum Blocktermin im Jänner.
Diplomstudierende haben eine Diplomandenseminararbeit im Ausmaß von 50.000 Zeichen zu verfassen; Doktoratsstudierende eine Seminararbeit im Ausmaß von 10-15 Seiten.
