Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The aim of the lecture is to teach Austrian constitutional history in an international context. In addition to facts and events, above all the structures and instruments of law and rule are examined more closely. Furthermore, the lecture also introduces the fundamental questions and basic concepts of law and legal history from a legal-historical perspective.

Assessment and permitted materials

The course does not have an intrinsic examination character, but serves to prepare for the module examination of "Rechts- und Verfassungsgeschichte".
In special cases (e.g. ERASMUS; students of other fields of study such as business law), an oral examination on the lecture material can be held; please contact me by e-mail.
