Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

This course presents the formal and informal procedures of international (intergovernmental) negotiations. It is envisaged to conclude this course by a small simulation. The course addresses not only law students with interest in international matters but also other law students since the experience gained in international negotiations can be used in all cases where decisions have to be reached within a system of coordination (e.g. in interdepartmental meetings etc).
