Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Assessment is based on the written submissions for the competition and the performance of the students during the preparation for and the European Rounds of the Moot Court Competition.
The written submission may be submitted as 'Diplomandenseminararbeit' upon fulfilling the conditions by the Dean's Office.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
In lieu with previous years of the competition, grades will depend on both the final submission as well as the assessment of the research and drafting efforts made be the students.
Examination topics
The topics include general public international law with a focus on the law of treaties, the sources of international law and state responsibility. Furthermore, international space law as contained in the five United Nations treaties on outer space, with a varying focus, depending on this year's moot court problem.
