Aims, contents and method of the course

Vermittlung von Grundkenntnissen im ärztlichen Berufsrecht (ärztliche Verschwiegenheitspflicht, Dokumentationspflicht, Anzeigepflicht, Werbung durch Ärztinnen und Ärzte, ärztliche Kooperationsformen, ärztliches Disziplinarrecht etc.).
Vermittlung der erforderlichen Grundlagen und Besprechung einschlägiger OGH-Rechtsprechung.
