Aims, contents and method of the course

AT (civil law), impairment of performance, damages

Assessment and permitted materials

The final grade is determined by the average of the points reached at the written examinations, added with points for every qualified oral performance, one per unit.
For the written examinations uncommented law texts may be used.
A positive grade requires the sum of points reached for written and oral performance to be more than half of the points acquirable in total, ie. in both categories together.
Necessary is also regular attendance; missing two units is always allowed.
As a rule, anyone who does not unsubscribe until (including) 31 October 2015.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

This course serves as preparation for the compulsory course in civil law. Beginner's knowledge of civil law are a prerequisite.

Examination topics

Case-studies. The cases used will be available one week in advance on "moodle". Please bring with you the appropriate case for every unit and go prepare for it in advance.
