Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The subject matters of the course are the legal foundations, the organisation, the competencies and the procedures of the judicature of the European Communities. In this context, the mechanisms of functioning, the methods of interpretation, the case law as well as current issues of reform of the Community judicature will be presented from the direct perspective and against the background of the practical experience of a Community judge.
