Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Practical knowledge of basic concepts of European competition law, ability to solve case studies especially in the area of digital markets as well as introduction into the concept of gender inclusive competition and regarding sustainability issues/green "cartels".

Assessment and permitted materials

The test will consist of one essay question and a small case study to be solved, open book (PPP and notes).

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Understanding of the basic concepts of competition law & economics and particular challenges with regard to digital markets, sustainability and gender. The lectures will focus on cases and practical aspects of analysis.

Examination topics

Content is lectures (PPP + oral presentation). The exam is open book in the sense that you can use the PPP and your notes.
