Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The course deals with the general development of fundamental and human rights in Austria and also deals with some human rights in detail (equality, freedom of belief and conscience, freedom of media, right to a fair trial etc.).
The lectures deals with some topics, which are also part of the module examination from legal and constitutional history, but here we go significantly beyond the subject. In this respect, it is an "in-depth course" in accordance with Section 21 of the curriculum and can also be counted as such.

Assessment and permitted materials

Written exam at the end of the semester.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

125 of 250 points at least.
