Aims, contents and method of the course

The seminar is interdisciplinary and is organized in different focus groups.
* Group Legal Informatics
Hype in AI & law (Neota Logic, Ross Lawyer etc.)
EU data protection reform
        Digital Single Market
* Group European Law / International Law: IANA transition, Internet governance, ICANN, cybercrime & cyberwar
* Group PhD students: Furthermore, a platform is provided for PhD presentations on current issues oflegal informatics.

Introduction to legal (scientific) research

Examination topics

Assisted and independent research & analysis, presentation,discussion

Scientific work in legal informatics. In addition, the choice of international and European law issues is possible.
Presentatoins, discussion and seminar work

Reading list

First start literature is given; otherwise self-organised research is required.
