Aims, contents and method of the course

The seminar is interdisciplinary and is organized in different groups with a focus.
* Legal informatics group
Current questions legal informatics & society / data protection / legal tech / new telecommunications law
* Group European / International Law: Internet Governance, ICANN; Cybercrime and cyber war, competition law, international data protection, consular law
* Dissertation group: Furthermore, a platform for current topics in legal informatics as well as for PhD students is offered.

Introduction to scientific work and legal craft

Examination topics

Assisted and independent research & analysis, presentation,discussion

Scientific work in legal informatics. In addition, the choice of international and European law issues is possible.

Reading list

Introductory literature will be provided, otherwise individual research is required.
