Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Application of advanced knowledge of formal and substantive European Law through individually prepared cases and their discussion in class.
Assessment and permitted materials
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Mitarbeit 50% (mind. 7 substantielle Beiträge zur Falllösung), 1 von 2 Klausuren 50%. In der ersten Übung angemeldete Studierende, die unentschuldigt nicht anwesend sind, werden automatisch abgemeldet und ihre Plätze werden durch anwesende Nachrücker von der Warteliste gefüllt. Es darf maximal während 2 Einheiten (=2x1,5 Stunden) unentschuldigt gefehlt werden.
Examination topics
Individuelle Vorbereitung und gemeinsame Lösung komplexer europarechtlicher Fälle aus ausgewählten Bereichen der Stoffabgrenzung (Prof. Jaeger) der Modulprüfung Europarecht.
