Aims, contents and method of the course

The students will get acquainted with the UN- Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Awards, the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration, the ICSID Convention and the ICC Arbitration Rules.

Examination topics

Case law will be discussed and a final presentation on a contribution or a leading case by the students will be required.
