Aims, contents and method of the course

Vereinsrecht mit Schwerpunkt Vereinsprivatrecht; Stiftungsrecht mit Schwerpunkt Privatstiftungsrecht.
Problemorientierter Überblick über zentrale Probleme des Vereinsrechts und Privatstiftungsrechts sowie der einschlägigen Rechtsprechung.
Vorlesung und Diskussion von Problemen

Assessment and permitted materials

1 positive Klausur; Mitarbeit; ausreichende Anwesenheit (dreimaliges Fehlen ist zulässig)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Die Mindestanforderungen und der Beurteilungsmaßstab bleiben grundsätzlich unverändert.
Zusätzlich werden aufgrund der besonderen Situation vermehrt Arbeitsfragen auf MOODLE angeboten, die eine zusätzliche Leistungserbringung auf elektronischem Wege ermöglichen.
Die Voraussetzung einer positiven Klausur bleibt bestehen.
