Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

This course will give an introduction and overview on selected legal issues of artificial intelligence. It will then further go into depth on current issues with a focus on international regulation and technology, such as AI and contracts, smart contracts, liability for autonomous systems, international regulation of autonomous driving, and legal aspects of machine learning.
The course will be based mainly on international and European law. As an example for national law, German law will be examined.
