Legal terminology in the Croatian, Serbian and Bosnian language

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Course provides a basic introduction to terminology likely to be encountered when Austrian lawyers confront the SEE legal systems. In this course, students will learn important legal terms and the context for using these terms in writing and discussion. Students will focus on common terms used in civil and public law, including constitutional law, contracts, M&A, real property, and corporate law.
