General aspects
— Historical, political and legal roots of the Italian system of relations between religious organisations and the State (1850–2018)
— The pyramide of religious pluralisme in Italy (1929–1984) : Concordat ; Treaties under Art. 8 of Constitution, other normative sources and the principle of laïcité
— La different nature of religious organisations: denominations, associations, federations
— Conflict of religious organisations religieuses and philosophical associations: the cass of the UAAR

Special aspects
— Legal effect of religious acts: family law
— Places of prayer or worship. The new borders in Italian regional legislation: the case of the mosques in Italy
