Aims, contents and method of the course

Applications:
Students can apply for the ELMC 2022/23 until 28 August 2022 via e-mail to daniela.gschwindt@univie.ac.at. Applications should include a letter of motivation, CV and transcript of records (Sammelzeugnis). Selection process will take place during September 2022.

Aims, content and methods:
Targeted preparation for the ELMC 2022/23: Training for written pleadings, Pre-Moots and personal coaching.

Assessment and permitted materials

Based on the students' written and oral participation.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Evaluation of the Moot Court is based on the students' oral and written contributions. The exact evaluation criteria will be discussed with the participants during our first meeting.

Examination topics

Moot Court - not applicable.

Reading list

To be discussed with the participants after the publication of this year's case.
