Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
This introductory course is aimed to make students acquainted with the international dimension of law at an early stage of their legal studies. The relevance of that dimension is ever-increasing. States are no longer able to solve their political, economic, technical, social or other issues by themselves or solely within their state borders. Therefore knowledge of international law is required for the proper understanding of a state's domestic law.
