Aims, contents and method of the course
The class covers the basic concepts and some of the most important aspects of international law. It deals with the formation of international law, the role of states; International Organizations and individuals in international law; dispute settlement and the international use of force.
Assessment and permitted materials
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Acquisition of basic knowledge in the area of international law; the student should get a survey of the most important concepts of international law.
