Aims, contents and method of the course

Main elements of international law (secondary and primary law), are discussed in relations to case.

Assessment and permitted materials

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Gaining of knowledge in the field of international law, its relationship to national law as well as its connection with international relations.

Examination topics

Elaboration of problems of international law through the discussion of a given case. The conditions for a positive certificate will be agreed upon with the participants.
