Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The focus of "Exercises in EU-Law" lies with the development and discussion of the case-solving system in EU-law; furthermore, the system mentioned shall be apllied to principles of EU Const' Law, the free movement of persons and EU Asylum and Migration Law.

Assessment and permitted materials

Active class participation (= 15%) and homework (= 85 %) * or * written exam (= 85%).

Examination topics

Developing answers for cases and hypothetical in joint discussion and in the homework; the homework itself - if there is need for one - shall be sent to registered students only via MOODLE.

Reading list

The syllabus shall be provided to registered students only via MOODLE and encompasses essays as well as relevant ECJ-judgements.
