Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
In this course, the examination will be a take- home examination. Students will be given the examination questions and will be asked to submit the examination paper within seven days.
Also students are given an option to select to prepare a short paper and give and presentation in class instead of taking examination at the end of the course. List of topics will provided Later or the students can select from class topics .

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Students are expected to take part in class discussions and participate in role-plays. The role-plays will be assigned in the beginning of classes or prior to the beginning of the course.

The course will discuss the keeping the Memory of the Holocaust Shoah and The holocaust Memorial in universal prospective, and The Reparations Agreement between Israel and West Germany.
The course will examine a number of court cases dealing with holocaust crimes and questionable conduct : The Kastner Trial on the Controversy and conflict on the Hungarian Jewry, The Eichmann Trial, and the Demjanjuk Trial ,
The course will deal with the issue of The guilt of the Allies in failing to Bomb Auschwitz as well as other issues : The responsibility and complicity of the Bystander in the Holocaust ,the Impact of the Holocaust on Court Decisions and Human Rights Protection ,dealing with Holocaust denial , limiting research and speech on Holocaust with reference to The Polish Law limiting research and speech on Holocaust , and the issue of Restitution of property and compensation of Holocaust victims and survivors and heirs
