Assessment and permitted materials
Students will be asked to read selected ECJ judgments before each class. The selected judgments will be made available via Moodle platform. Each class will include a discussion of the selected ECJ judgments, as well as an analysis of a mock case.
Course assessment is based on two written exams, namely an interim and a final written exam. During the written exams, students will be asked to solve few mock cases, similar to those ones previously discussed in the class.Assessment:
- Interim written exam (i.e. 50% of the final mark)
- Final written exam (i.e. 50% of the final mark)
