Vermittlung praktischer und theoretischer Kenntnisse, die für die Erstellung eines SPA notwendig sind; Üben außergerichtlicher Verhandlungssituation und mündliche Verteidigung des eigenen Vertragsentwurfes.

Content: Students work in small teams with lawyer-support and have to draft a Share Purchase Agreement or a Mark-up thereto on the basis of informations which will be provided. They have to defend their drafts in simulated live-negotations against the other party to the deal.
