Aims, contents and method of the course

Presentation of the emergence and development of institutions as bodies responsible for jurisdiction in public law (administrative jurisdiction, constitutional jurisdiction) in Central Europe (focus on Austria, 19/20th century).

Assessment and permitted materials

There will be a written exam. The exam comprises 6 questions (3 each on the two subject blocks), five of which must be answered. Participants who can provide evidence of regular attendance (max. 1 absence) can delete another question.
For Students in Erasmus programs, the type and scope of the performance assessment are determined by individual agreement.
