Overview of International Courts and Tribunals such as: International Courts of Justice, International Criminal Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, European Court of Human Rights
Assessment and permitted materials
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Active participation in discussion, oral exam
Examination topics
Students should get to know the different international dispute settlement bodies, including their particularities, and be in the position to compare them with each other.
