Aims, contents and method of the course

Vermittlung eines Grundverständnisses für die Erkennung und Lösung völkerrechtlicher Probleme; Schulung völkerrechtlicher Fallanalysen; Erörterung völkerrechtlicher Grundsätze und Probleme anhand konkreter Fälle aus der Praxis. Die Pflichtübung kann aufgrund der beschränkten Zeit nicht der unmittelbaren Prüfungsvorbereitung dienen!

Assessment and permitted materials

Mitarbeit (ca. 30%), zwei schriftliche Klausuren in Form einer Fallbearbeitung (ca. 70%)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Zugelassen werden nur Studierende des dritten Studienabschnittes.

Examination topics

Es gibt keine Prüfung, daher auch keinen Prüfungsstoff!

Reinisch (Hrsg.), Österreichisches Hand¬¬buch des Völker-rechts, Band 1 und 2, 5. Auflage (Manz, Wien 2013); Beham/Fink/Janik, Völkerrecht verstehen (facultas, Wien 2015). Allfällige sonstige Unterlagen werden über die Lernplattform zur Verfügung gestellt.
