Aufgenommen werden nur Interessent:innen, die bereits die Modulprüfung aus Rechts- und Verfassungsgeschichte positiv absolviert haben.
Zusätzlich zur u:space-Anmeldung ist ein gleichzeitiges Mail an die LV-Leitung, ilse.reiter-zatloukal@univie.ac.at, erforderlich. Sonst ist die Anmeldung nicht erfolgt.
Die Befüllung der vorhandenen Seminarplätze sowie der Warteliste erfolgt nach dem Eingang dieses Anmelde-Mail bei der LV-Leitung. Eine Reihung auf u:space ist völlig irrelevant für die zu vergebenden Plätze, außer im Fall des Nachrückens von der Warteliste, wenn die Moodle-Warteliste bereits erschöpft ist ...

Die Auswahl der Themen aus der Themenliste nach der Vorbesprechung findet ebenfalls in der Reihung nach dem Mail-Eingang bzw. der Liste auf Moodle statt.
Die Teilnahme an der VB (oder eine rechtzeitige Entschuldigung) ist erforderlich, da in der Vorbesprechung auch die durch Absenz frei werdenden Plätze vergeben werden.

Aims, contents and method of the course

CONTENT:
In this seminar, the "Chancellor's Dictatorship" 1933/34-1938 and the "Nazi Leader's State" 1938-1945 will be examined with regard to differences and similarities on the basis of selected topics.

OBJECTIVES and METHODS:
Presentations by students and their critical discussion, preparation and supervision of a written paper, preferably a DSA (supported by an introduction to academic work), for more details see learning platform

Assessment and permitted materials

Paper including presentation, participation in discussion, written work (aids not permitted: ChatGPT and any comparable tools)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
Sufficient attendance and presentation on the adopted topic.

ASSESSMENT STANDARD

Intellectual penetration of the topic on the basis of sufficient literature research, quality of the written seminar paper or DSA, quality of the presentation and lecture
Weighting of the partial performances: Paper including presentation (40% of the final grade), participation in discussion (5% of the final grade), written paper (55% of the final grade), i.e. for a grade higher than "sufficient", the presentation AND a written paper are required (can already be the DSA, but does not have to be).
