Aims, contents and method of the course
Die VO Grundlagen des Technologierechts I dient der Einführung in zentrale Bereiche des Informationstechnologierechts. Der inhaltliche Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem Informationstechnologierecht, insbesondere auf dem E-Commerce-Recht, Telekommunikationsrecht, E-Government, IT-Vertrag, Big Data, und Rechtsfragen der Social Media. Im WS 2020/21 wird die VO Grundlagen des Technologierechts I digital im Virtual Classroom Format angeboten.
