Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Die Lehrveranstaltung bietet einen Überblick über den Grundrechtsschutz auf europäischer Ebene. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die Europäische Menschenrechtskonvention (EMRK) und die Grundrechtecharta der Europäischen Union (GRC), jeweils in der Rechtsprechung des Europäischen Gerichtshofes für Menschenrechte (EGMR) und des Gerichtshofs der Europäischen Union (EuGH).Behandelt werden Sinn, Anwendungsbereich, (ausgewählte) Inhalte der europäischen Grundrechte und Schutzmechanismen, dazu das Verhältnis der beiden europäischen Grundrechtsregime zueinander und zu den Rechtsordnungen der Mitgliedstaaten.Der Stoff wird nicht systematisch vorgetragen, sondern wir erarbeiten ihn durch Diskussion auf der Grundlage von ausgewählten Fällen, die die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer präsentieren.
