Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Insight into the real events of some civil proceedings; discussion of the legal and communication science framework of a negotiation. Theory units as well as participation in hearings, theoretical input, debriefing.
Assessment and permitted materials
Two written negotiation reports per student; no restriction on aids.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Attendance throughout as far as possible; volume of reports less important than depth of reflection with the focus on the communication-theoretical side.
Examination topics
Observation and reflection of the actors in a negotiation, taking into account the legal framework
