Stoff der Einführung in die Rechtswissenschaften mit den Schwerpunkten Öffentliches Recht (Reithmayer) und Privatrecht (Kogler).

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Die Lehrveranstaltung dient der Vorbereitung auf die STEOP Modulprüfung zur Einführung in die Rechtswissenschaften und ihre Methoden im Jänner 2014.

Examination topics

Anhand von Fragen und Fällen, die sich an bisherigen Modulprüfungen orientieren, wird der prüfungsrelevante Stoff aus den Teilgebieten Öffentliches Recht und Privatrecht erarbeitet.
