Aims, contents and method of the course

Eingehende Darstellung sämtlicher Rechtsbereiche, von denen die Ehewohnung betroffen ist bzw betroffen sein kann. Der Bogen reicht vom Wohnungserhaltungsanspruch über Unterhalts- und Aufteilungsrecht sowie Erbrecht bis zu bestandrechtlichen Fragen sowie den Gewaltschutz. Sinnvoll sind Vorkenntnisse im Bürgerlichen Recht (insbesondere Familienrecht).
