Mündliche und schriftliche Mitarbeit. Bei der Klausur darf ein unkommentierter Gesetzestext verwendet werden.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Positive Klausur und mündliche Mitarbeit. Mitarbeit verbessert die Gesamtnote, kann aber eine positive Klausur nicht ersetzen.
