Aims, contents and method of the course

Die Vorlesung aus Verbraucherprivatrecht vermittelt fundierte Kenntnisse im Verbraucherprivatrecht. Im Zuge der Vorlesung sollen insbesondere die Grundlagen und Grundbegriffe im Verbraucherprivatrecht erörtert und verschiedene Rechtsquellen des Verbraucherprivatrechts sowie aktuelle Entwicklungen auf nationaler und europäischer Ebene behandelt werden.
