Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Studie des Völkerrechts und der internationalen Beziehungen auf Französisch. Es kann wahlweise auch nur ein Semester (droit des relations internationales I oder II) belegt werde. Das erste Semester gibt einen einleitenden und generellen Überblick über die Struktur des Völkerrechts, Völkerrechtsquellen und -subjekte, das Völkervertragsrecht, das Recht des internationalen Friedens und der Sicherheit und die Staatenverantwortlichkeit. Das zweite Semester gibt spezielle Einblicke in das System des internationalen Menschenrechtsschutzes, humanitäres Völkerrecht und Völkerstrafrecht.

Assessment and permitted materials

Schriftliche und mündliche Mitarbeit (Hausarbeit) (30%) und abschließender schriftlicher Test (70%).

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Der Kurs ist Teil des Wahlfachkorbs "Culture juridique francophone européenne et internationale" und "Droit des relations internationales" und zählt auch als juristisches Wahlfach und als Fremdsprachennachweis. Der Kurs richtet sich an Studierende, die ihr Wissen im Völkerrecht und in den internationalen Beziehungen ebenso wie ihre Französischkenntnisse verbessern möchten.
