Aims, contents and method of the course

This seminar examines International Energy Law. Seminar papers can address diverse aspects of international energy law. Seminar papers can be written and presented in German or English.

Assessment and permitted materials

Seminar paper (German or English), presentation and contribution to discussions.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Topics are allocated in the first session (see list of suggested topics on Moodle).

Other topics on international energy law are also possible.
