Aims, contents and method of the course
This course will address the general principles governing responsibility in Private International Law and European Union Law (Rome II and Primary Law). The course will be divided into three parts: (1) Individual responsibility; (2) State responsibility (3) responsibility of International Organisations
Assessment and permitted materials
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Students will be accustomed with the main issues arising in the context of international tort law
Examination topics
As this is an interactive course, students are expected to participate actively
