Aims, contents and method of the course

Aktuelle Fragen des Zivilverfahrensrechts; es sollen vertiefte Kenntnisse über die neuesten Entwicklungen im Zivilprozessrecht erarbeitet und vermittelt werden.

Die Teilnehmer*innen müssen selbst ein zivilverfahrensrechtliches Thema wählen.

Vortrag, Diskussion.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Beurteilung mündlicher Seminarreferate sowie Beteiligung an der Diskussion; für die Anrechnung als DiplomandInnen-Seminar ist zusätzlich auch eine positiv bewertete Diplomarbeit erforderlich.
