Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

This course provides an introduction into legal tech, in particular artificial intelligence and law. It will first introduce students to the theoretical principals of the use of AI in law and will then guide them to apply them practically. the course will be offered in cooperation with Michael Friedmann (https://www.frag-einen-anwalt.de). Students' active class participation is mandatory.

Assessment and permitted materials

Active participation, group work, group presentation.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Interest in IT; no prior knowledge in computer science needed.
