Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
This course aims at providing the students with the basic knowledge about the law of the European Union. It covers the history of the EU, its law sources, the institutions, and the basic procedures of the ECJ as well as relevant case law.
Assessment and permitted materials
One written exam (90 minutes working time):
1. Exam: 06 December 2018 OR
Retake-Exam: -to be announced-
The re-take exam may only be taken by students with a negative grade or those who had been ill on the first exam or can provide another valid reason for not attending – please inform us in advance of your absence!
NO special exams for Erasmus-students and NO special oral exams if the second exam is negative as well!

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
NO open book exam. However you are allowed to bring the TEU and the TFEU as well as necessary regulations and directives. NO other materials.
