Aims, contents and method of the course
The course aims at providing students with the basic knowledge about the European Union law.
Assessment and permitted materials
One unseen, written, closed book exam with open questions. (90 minutes working time):
Main Exam: 10 December 2019
Re-take Exam: 07 January 2020You may bring the Treaties (TEU, TFEU) as well as necessary regulations and directives.

One exam must be positive.
Attendance for the main exam is mandatory.

Examination topics
Historical background and evolution of the treaties, the EU institutions, sources of EU law, legal status of the EU, law-making in the EU, judicial protection in the EU, internal market overview and free movement of goods and relevant case law respectively.
